New Features - 11-3 Build 3

Welcome to Collect! Version 11.3 Build 3. This latest version has many new features and functionality. There are also many optimizations and enhancements to existing features.

GOLIVESMS Send Text Message

Collect! enables you to send text messages with the new Send Text Message utility available through the Tools, Utilities menu. Collect! uses your GoLiveSMS account setup to send messages directly out of Collect!. Simply enter the phone number and message you want to send. GoLiveSMS will use its SMS Gateway to deliver your message.

This feature requires that you have an account set up with GoLiveSMS.

Process TCN Campaign In Scheduler

You can now schedule your TCN campaigns to run through Collect!'s Scheduler. Schedule call campaigns and download campaign results at times that are convenient to you. Once you configure the task settings and start the Scheduler, Collect!'s Task Scheduler takes care of the rest. All the functionality available through the Process TCN Call Campaign option in Tools, Batch Processing is now available in the Scheduler as well.

Variable Interest

This new financial feature in Interest Detail enables you to easily and automatically calculate variable interest rates on your accounts. You create the interest rate index table as a CSV and Collect! does the rest. Collect! calculates interest for one or several Principal transactions on each account, based on the rates and date ranges you set. The Transaction Payment Date, plus 1 day, is used as the start date for calculating. Collect! reads subsequent dates and rates from your interest table.

Contact Sub-Plan

This new switch on the Contact Plan form enables you to designate plans that only run as part of a "master" plan. When you select the ACTION button on the Debtor form to run a contact plan, any plan that has "Sub-plan" switched ON will not show up in the list of Contact Plans the end user sees. This prevents your sub-plans from being selected and run by mistake.

Dv Scan For Collect!

Dv Scan integrates with Collect! to automate the process of attaching scanned images to your accounts. With the click of a button, you can see the associated documentation. You don't have to go through boxes or filing cabinets. Quickly answer any question on the phone without placing the party on hold or having to call them back. Improve client satisfaction, increase collections and minimize collector frustration with Dv Scan for Collect!. Dv Scan is available for users of Collect! Version 11.2 Build 17 and newer.

New Add-On - TCN Module

TCN Call Campaign Reports and Imports

These new import maps and reports are designed to work with the latest templates available from the TCN website. By default, we have provided three reports for submitting your call campaigns and two imports for bringing results into Collect!. These may be customized or added to as needed. The TCN Module is available for users of Collect! Professional version and higher, from Version 11.3 Build 2.1 and newer.

New Add-On - Dv Scan

Dv Scan Import and Help PDF

This package contains a PDF with instructions for setting up and using Dv Scan and the import map for batch scanning into attachments. Dv Scan is available for users of Collect! Version 11.2 Build 17 and newer.

Performance Benchmark

Collect!'s new performance testing utility enables you to test the performance of a computer through several stress tests. This is very useful for finding system bottlenecks when a Server or Workstation seems unusually slow. Performance Benchmark empowers you to optimize your PCs so that Collect! processes can run without being hampered by unrelated hardware and system configuration issues.
