View Tags And View All

The View Tags option under the Edit menu lets you view only those records you have 'marked' as being either an ad hoc manual selection of accounts or a list of segregated accounts created via Edit Search Criteria parameters met.

When you are operating under a View Tags option, the menu choice changes its name to View All. If you want to return to viewing the whole browse list, click Edit again and select View All.

View All does not release a tagged list. If you are done with a tagged list, be sure to properly Clear Tags and Clear Search Criteria so that your current list and parameters you created it with does not interfere with your next list or batch process.
