TCN Select Function
Collect! enables you to perform TCN processing to schedule
new call campaigns and to download results from previous
campaigns. Select the TCN function you would like to perform.
When you select one of the available functions, Collect!
will display the setup form for that process so that you can
enter the details for processing your TCN campaign.
The two functions that TCN batch processing performs are:
TCN Select Function
TCN Campaign processing requires that you have
set up an account with TCN and that you have entered the
appropriate settings in the TCN Setup form in Collect!.
TCN Setup
TCN Service is an add-on extension module
enabled in CV11.3.2 and newer. If you have upgraded from
an earlier version, you may need to request a new license
from Comtech Systems to enable the feature.
Schedule Calls
Select the Schedule Calls option to broadcast a
call campaign. You will be presented with the
TCN Schedule Calls form so that you can select
the settings for your campaign.

Download Report
Select the Download Report option to process the
results from a previous call campaign. You will be
presented with the TCN Download Report form so that
you can select the Task that you want to process.

Help
Select this button for help on the TCN Select Function
form and links to related topics.
Back
Select this to return to the previous form. You can
then alter your settings or choose to close the
batch processing procedure without running a batch.
Next
Select this to proceed with the batch process. The
form that is displayed depends on the TCN process
that you selected.
