Ignore Timed Contacts

You can ignore one or all of your timed Contacts.

Once you load your WIP List, Contacts scheduled at specific times pop up on your screen. You may not want to service a Contact, or any timed Contacts.

Choose an option to ignore either one or all timed Contacts. When you ignore them they'll quit popping up on your screen.

Reactivate Timed Contacts

To reactivate snoozing Contacts choose Reload from the Work In Progress.
