New Features - 11-3 Build 10

Welcome to Collect! Version 11.3 Build 10. This latest version has new features and functionality, as well as several optimizations and enhancements to existing features.

Clear All Tags

Collect! now enables you to clear all tags when you select " Clear Tags" from the Edit menu. You can clear only the tags in the displayed list or clear all tags in any underlying lists as well. Selecting CANCEL will leave all tagged lists unchanged, aborting the "Clear Tags" call.

Prompt Once For Input

When you are printing a report to a tagged list, Collect! will now prompt only once if your report contains a prompt for input. The input will be applied to each account in the list as it is printed.

Collect! can also process multiple prompts within the report and apply them to each tagged account as the report is printed.

Minutes Interval For Scheduler Tasks

A new option has been added to Collect!'s Task Scheduler. You can now schedule a task to repeat in minute intervals. Previously, the smallest interval was Daily. This new option lets you process accounts repeatedly throughout the day. There are many benefits to this added functionality. You can schedule call campaigns, recalculate accounts, reassign accounts to operators, print letter batches to email, and much more. The Scheduler is an optional module.

Please refer to Upgrading Topics for details about upgrading your existing Collect! system to take advantage of the features and optimizations in this latest release.

If you are upgrading from Version 11.2 build 17 or earlier, you must do a complete database upgrade to this version.
