| Add Record
   You can add new records easily throughout the system.
  ADD NEW RECORD COMMANDS
   Press the F3 function key. OR
   Click the New icon at the top of the screen. OR
    Select  Edit from the top menu bar and then select New.
 Add New Records1. Using the  Browse menu, choose the type of record you
    want to add.
 2. Press F3 or select the New icon.
 3. Type the required information into the form.
 4. Press Enter when you are on the  OK Button of the form.
 5. The new record will be added after the record you
     first selected.
  
 Quit Without Saving The New Record1. Press Escape.
 2. Press "O" for OK in the  Discard Changes dialog box.
