Q: How long does will it take to get my company up and running?
A: This depends on the complexity of your business and and collections processes. If you are starting new without data migration, your Collect! system can be up and running in just a few hours. We have industry-specific "quick start" databases that come pre-configured so that most of the setup is already done and all you have to do is start entering your clients and debtors.

Q: Are your programs easy to learn?
A: We think so...and so do our users. Collect! was designed to be used by the average business owner or employee, not computer scientists. Collect! is intuitive and easy to use because they are designed with the look and feel of software you use everyday.

Q: How does your pricing work?
A: Unlike many other software companies, we don't charge our users for features they don't need or use. Collect! is priced by user and option so the software is relatively inexpensive for smaller businesses and goes up for larger ones. Because pricing varies, please contact a Collect! account executive for your specific pricing.

Q: Can I use your program on more than one computer?
A: Yes. Collect! is designed for multi-user environments. All of your organization's information is stored within a single database, so if someone makes a change on one computer, it immediately shows up on all other computers.

Q: I like to work from home on the weekends, can I access my company data from home?
A: Sure. As long as you have an Internet connection at your office and your home, you can work from home just as if you were at the office. Check your yellow pages for a local network technician who can set up a secure connection for you.

Q: Can Collect! really handle financial tracking, phone call and letter series scheduling, batch account processing, month end billing as well as manage all of my debtor and client information?
A: Yes and a whole lot more! The key to success in the receivables management businesses is the ability to efficiently contact debtors. Automation and scheduling combined with a flexible framework allow you to gain maximum productivity and our low prices give you maximum profits too.

Q: I run my business in a very unique way. Can your applications conform to my business?
A: In most cases, yes. Collect! is highly configurable. Since we have thousands of users covering a broad range of credit and collections specializations, our application has to handle all the special ways credit and collections businesses are run.

Q: I see that your application has an Credit Reporting component. What if I don't need that?
A: If you don't need that feature then you just don't order it and you save money. Put the difference into your own pocket or use it to grow your business faster. Unlike other software suppliers we don't charge you for things you don't want or need. When your business grows to where you need that option then just call a Collect! sales representative and we can turn it on in no time at all.

Q: Can Collect! handle multiple branch offices for large enterprise collection agencies?
A: Absolutely. Collect! is used with Citrix to support multi-branch functionality. Security rights can also be configured to allow for branch level users to only view their branches data while company level users can view all branch data. As well time-zone functionality is built into our Professional level products.

Q: I already have all my customer data in an existing program. Do I have to re-enter all that data into your program?
A: We hear this question all the time! Many companies feel they are being held hostage by their current software program simply because they don't want to re- enter all their data. Move your data yourself with our customer import module or have our data services staff move it for you.

Q: I've never purchased credit and collections management software before, do you help me get up and running?
A: Yes...and I'm glad you asked. This is our claim to fame. Most people that purchase Collect! are purchasing credit and collection software for the first time. We have a "Starting Right" class that will help start you in the right directions. We have excellent on-line manuals as well as live and pre-recorded training videos for those who don't like to read.
