Welcome to Collect! Version 12.1. This latest version has several new features and functionality, as well as several optimizations and enhancements to existing features.

Microsoft SQL Database

Collect! now runs on the Microsoft SQL Server platform. This allows you to use industry standard tools on your database such as importing, reporting, and backups.

Dashboard Integration With Microsoft Reporting Services

We have developed an add-on module with MS Reporting services that allows you to view your data at a glance with real-time dashboards. You can also build your own reports in the report engine and link them to Collect!.

Web Host Enhancements

The web host was completely redesigned to allow the following: - Multi-Language: all the text output on the screens was replace with
variables that you can configure in a single text file - Added the ability to see debtor group members
- Added the ability to see sub- clients on the Client screen
- Added the ability to see debtors on the client screen
- Added the ability to edit several system records

Code Security

We have partnered with a company named Veracode to run regular security checks on the Collect! source code.

Upgrading To This Build

Please refer to How to Upgrade Collect! for details about upgrading your existing Collect! system to take advantage of the features and optimizations in this latest release.

If you are upgrading from Version 11 or earlier, this is a major revision and considered a paid upgrade.
