Rebuild Archive Debtor Keys

The Rebuild Archive Debtor Keys utility rebuilds the indexes for archived records. This enables you to browse archived accounts using search criteria.

Archived accounts are not keyed automatically. This optimizes performance. At any time when you need to work with these accounts, simply select Tools, Utilities and then Rebuild Archive Debtor Keys. Then you can proceed with exploring the archive database.

It is only necessary to rebuild the archive keys if you have made changes to your archive since you last accessed it.
