  many resources and supports available to you. This page is intended to be a guide and resource as you
  explore and begin using Collect! Please bookmark this page to you  find it again easily.
 Setup Checklist  Save yourself time by using the correct setup sequence:  Company Details, then Clients, then Debtors.
  You can follow the instructions on the page  How to Setup Collect! or wait until the first orientation
  session included with your purchase. It is very important that you setup your system sequentially.
  
 Exploring Collect!  If you are evaluating Collect!, please explore the following features: company global settings,
   access rights system, global client settings and individual override capacities, client screens,
   debtor screens, compliance capacities, work queues ( WIP lists), action/run plans ( contact plans),
   payment posting, letter templates, and stock reports. Check the
  Frequently Asked Questions section of our
  website or  contact us with your questions (sales@collect.org for evaluator and support@collect.org for
  current  customers).
  
 Context Sensitive Help  Context sensitive help is available in 2 ways:
    
    Popup windows will present if your cursor is hovering for a set number of seconds on a field
        or screen. The system interprets this pause as hesitation and produces a popup relevant to the
        current cursor location. We recommend you use the popups while you are familiarizing yourself with
        the system, and disable the popups when ready.Pressing the F1 key on any field or screen in the system will open the most relevant Help doc for
        where your cursor is.  
 Online Help Documentation  Collect! has the most extensive, detailed, searchable, indexed, hyperlinked and growing Help
  documentation in the collection software industry that enables users to learn  about Collect!'s many
  options and capabilities.
   These resources are particularly helpful to new users:
      The Quick  User's Guide describes and provides links to all the basic functions and features available
  in the system. Review this page from top to bottom for an initial overview of the system. Main topics
  covered include Starting Collect!, menus, screens, navigation, basic functions,  system administration,
   setup and configuration, tools, system security, account matching and grouping, letters and reports,
   pick lists, editing fields labels,  daily administration, printing, client and debtor screens and work
  queues.
    Help Index  The index provides a list of all Help docs arranged alphabetically and a search field. Using the index
  is often the fastest way to find specific information. Bookmark this page also.
    "How To" Help Documents  Click H in the index to reach an alphabetized listing of How-To Help docs that are especially useful
  early in your use of Collect!
    Keyboard Shortcut Tips  Collect! has many productivity enhancing shortcuts and hot-keys built right into the product. Check

 Online Ticket System With Support Services  Our support services team records all incoming  client requests in our online ticket system. Clients
  are asked to keep all communication and  attachments regarding an issue in one ticket string and to
  create a separate ticket for each issue for speediest issue resolution. Collect! Members can also
  access the ticket system to view the status of in-progress tickets, review closed tickets, and submit
  new tickets knowing that as members their tickets will be prioritized.
  
 Membership Options  Collect! Help Desk and technical support services are available to Standard Members for questions and
  technical services. Standard Members enjoy free Tier 1 Help Desk support and access to the Member Center.
  All Membership types include discounted rates for technical services and discounts for upgrades,
  additional seats, and modules.
 
    Collect! Cloud subscriptions include Standard MembershipCollect! Premise purchases include 1 year of Standard Membership.Standard or Updates-Only Membership is optional after 1 year
  
 Demo Database  Your Collect! installation will include a master and a demo database. Use the master for production,
  and the demo to test and experiment before implementing new procedures in your production database.
  Additional databases can be added in the Corporate Edition. All other editions can contact us for
  pricing to add a database.
  
 Member Center  Available to Collect! Standard Members, the Member Center provides a wealth of self-service resources
  that enable users to make the best use of the software.
