Collect! Evaluation

When you first download your trial copy of the Collect! program, you have a 30 day evaluation period, during which time you are at liberty to purchase a license at any time by clicking on the "Order Now" option in the Help menu.

Collect! will remind you if you have 7 or fewer days left in your Evaluation period. You will get a popup reminder after clicking your "Start" button when you have reached the 7 or less days left threshold.

You can select the ORDER NOW button to go to the Collect! web site and purchase Collect!.

When your evaluation period has only 7 days left, you will also start seeing a License Remaining box on the Welcome to Collect! screen.

When the evaluation period has expired, you will see the prompt to order Collect!.

Select the ORDER NOW button to go to site where you can purchase a license with all the features you want.

If your evaluation period has ended and you do not purchase a license to use the product, the program will cease to function.

Any data you have entered is preserved intact. As soon as you purchase a license, you will be able to continue working with it.

Days Remaining

This area displays the days remaining in your Demo license. Order now before your evaluation period expires so that you can continue to work in Collect! without interruption.

Select this button to close the evaluation screen and proceed to open the Collect! database. If you have 0 Days Remaining, you will not be able to start Collect! unless you order a license. Select the "Order Now" button to proceed to the Collect! Order Now website.

Cancel

Select this button to close the Collect! Evaluation screen and return to the Welcome to Collect! screen.

Order Now

Select the "Order Now" button to proceed to the Collect! Order Now website where you can purchase a license with all of the features you want. This ensures that you can continue to use Collect! without interruption when your evaluation period has expired.

Membership is offered on an annual basis and provides a subscription to software updates during the year. Members also enjoy reduced rates on additional seats purchased, and special discounts on utilities and options available during the year.

For our Cloud users, Membership is included at no additional charge.

All members also have full access to all training videos, custom reports, and EDI packages through our Member Center, a Members Only section of the Collect! web site.

If consulting or technical assistance is required, Members are entitled to a significant reduction in hourly Time & Services packages.

Purchasing Time & Services enables users to submit a ticket to Technical Services through our Member Center Support Portal, OR, by emailing support@collect.org. Our qualified Technicians are available for all consulting and technical requests submitted through our ticket system.

To increase the number of stations that can use Collect! or to add any new features to your Collect! system, simply call us for a license code, typically given to you on the same business day.
