Browse Clients

Selecting the Browse Clients command will display a list of all clients.

tip.gif Review the documentation on Using Lists for very helpful tips on how to use a list efficiently.

The column headings in the Client List display information from the Client form. Each column heading is the actual name of the field on the Client form. If you change the field label on the form, the next time you view a record list you will see that the field label change has applied to the list column heading as well. The default columns listed are Client #, Name, Type, Total accounts, Active Accounts and Closed Accounts.

By default the list will display in an alphanumeric sort on Client Name. The active column is the Client# column. By immediately typing a Client Number, Collect! will scroll to the client number that is the closest match.

You can quickly navigate to a specific client or clients using this list.

tip.gif If there is a current search active on clients, then the list will only contain the results of the search. Also if you have selected and tagged a number of the client records, then selected the choice to view tags, only the tagged clients will show in this list. Clearing the tags and also clearing the Search Criteria will restore the complete set so that all clients are displayed in the list.
