System Db Error -1009


Extension module failed to load.

This error indicates that the collect.dll could not loaded from the CV11\bin folder.

The em_load call failed. A call to em_load has failed to load the extension module, even though an entry for it has been found in the system catalog. Be sure that the extension module file exists on the server and in the correct directory, as indicated by the device registered in the system catalog.

tip.gif Please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. To access the log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.
