Collect! ships with many letter templates. Dunning letter templates are samples only and need to be individualized; dunning letter templates are not intended to be used ‘as-is’. Letter individualization and custom letters are billable services. Collect! can make use of a ‘Header-Footer File’ that cascades to all letters, and just requires change in one place. Use of this file is recommended.

Collect! provides full sets of month-end reports for gross, net and combined remittances.

In Collect! each debtor represents a debt account, not an individual. Debtor accounts belonging to the same individual can be grouped. Collect!’s client functions allow you to layer account classifications as you wish.
