Field is not an optional key.

Collect! has specified a value that does not represent an optional key field. The optional key functions (d_keydel, d_keyexist, and d_keystore) can only be used on optional keys.

First steps to try to resolve this issue:

1. Get everyone out of Collect!

2. Shut down and reboot your server.

3. Start Collect! again.

4. If the error occurs again right away, please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. The logs may give you the answer you need.

tip.gif To access the Application Log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.

If your issue is still not resolved, please report the error to Collect! Technical Services. Please be prepared to outline the exact steps you took to produce the error so that we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
