Extension module is not registered in catalog.

Collect! has called em_load to load an unregistered extension module. Before Collect! can use an extension module, it must be defined (registered) with the system catalog. Ask the system administrator to register the extension module using admin or rdsadm.

An attempt was made to load an unregistered extension module. Collect! will shut down.

Please refer to the Collect! Application Log for details. To access the log, select System from the top menu bar and then select Diagnostics, Application Log. Ensure that the choice, Database, is selected with a check mark.
