Comtech Systems Inc. Releases Collect! Version 11.4.3

VICTORIA, BC - Comtech Systems Inc. is pleased to announce
a new release of its popular Collect! credit & collection software.
Collect! Version 11.4.3 is loaded with new
features for working accounts economically and efficiently.
"The new features in Collect! Version 11.4.3 respond
to our users' requests for making the most of their human resources," said
Linda Proe, Product Manager for Comtech Systems Inc. "The focus is on
satisfying their clients' needs for timely information about their accounts."
Integrated Client Management
Collect!'s Integrated Client Management module is now licensed in
every Collect! Version 11.4.3 system and upon request for older
Version 11 systems. This gives Collect! users full management
functionality for working clients as well as debtors in the same
database and enables Client Notes, Contacts, and Client Attachments.
Importing Client Payments and Contacts
Collect! users can now import and export Client Notes, Contacts,
Attachments and Client Payments when using Collect!'s Import/Export
module.
Unlimited Web Host Client Access
A new license option enables unlimited user signons for Clients
accessing their Collect! accounts through the Web Host. With
this option enabled, Client users are not counted as "active
users" when Collect! figures out how many users are signed
on. So our Collect! users can freely enable their clients to view
and work their own accounts from the Web Host.
Client Related Records Transfer
Two new import maps and a new report are included in Collect!
and are now available for download from the Member Center
Widgets area. Clients, Client Contacts, Client Attachments,
Client Notes and Payments may be transferred using this routine.
Running Contact Plans From Web Host
Contact plans can now be run from Collect!'s Web Host.
This greatly increases the power and scope of the use of
the Web Host in daily business practices. Clients can trigger
a plan to run, drawing attention to new accounts or transactions
posted through the Web Host. Operators can also select plans
to run, just as if they were working right in Collect!.
Plans can be set up to run when creating new accounts
and when a user modifies an existing account. A specified
plan can run automatically, or Web Host operators may be
set up to select a plan to run.
