Monthly Spindown Client Group

Description:

This report produces a one year spindown report for a group of clients. Clients are included in the group if they each have an identical identifier in the Client User 1 field, such as CL5. The report is run from one single client in the "group" and Collect! will pick out all the others when the report runs.

Requirements:

- Company Details form needs to be filled out.
- Each Client to be included must have their Client form filled out.
- Each Client to be included must have debtors listed within the past year.
- To be included, each Client must contain an indentical identifier in the User 1 field on the Client form. This creates the "Client Group."
- This report must be run from a SINGLE Client. Collect! will pick out all the others in the "group" when the report runs. DO NOT select and tag several clients!
