This template is similar to the previous template but prints using Times New Roman for a more polished appearance. The template prints company and debtor information and the day's date, opens with the debtor contact name and closes with the operator name and title. You can copy the template and add your own letter body.

- This letter is printed from the debtor form, the list of debtors, or in a letter batch.
