There may be an occasion when you need to forward a copy of an .rpt document from your system to our office for modification or assistance of some kind. These are the steps involved to get the template file out of Collect! and available for email or file transfer.

These Export A Contact Plan steps are exactly what you'd execute to send us a contact plan should we be called upon to review the same in the controlled setting of our office.
