Managing Work Queue By Time Zone
If you work accounts in several time zones, you may want to
make it easier for your operators to know when it is acceptable
to phone an account. When each operator loads their work queue,
you can make sure they see only the accounts that they are
permitted to work.
Open the Reload Work In Progress List by selecting the
RELOAD button in the Work In Progress form. You will see
two fields that allow you to enter a range of times to load in
your WIP List.
Time From and Time To can store times in the twenty-four
hour clock format, such as 11:30:00 for 11:30 AM or 22:30:00
for 10:30 PM. Then when you reload your WIP List, Collect!
will load only accounts with an appropriate current time that fits
the range you have specified.
To set this up, you must first make sure that each Debtor has
a Time Zone displayed in the Debtor form's Timezone field.
The pick list uses values set from Greenwich Mean Time, the
global standard for measuring time.

In Collect! Version 11.3 Build 8.1 and newer, when
the time zone is not "Local Time," the Debtor form's title bar
displays the Debtor's current time.
