Getting Help

In addition to user's guides, detailed Help pages and Member Center training materials, you always have a help source right at hand. Hitting your F1 key in any screen or specific field will navigate you directly to where that screen or field is described in the Help docs on our webpage.

Additionally, allowing your mouse to hover over any portion of the screen will generate a blue-box popup Help window for you that gives a general explanation of the field or screen you were detected as hovering on.

tip.gif The Help menu at the top of your screen has a "Disable popup help" choice which you can in turn "Enable popup help" if you want to turn this feature back on again. New users may wish to leave the popup Help enabled to begin with.

How To topics and hyperlinks in the Help pages lead you to details, instructions and information about all related aspects.
